[Crossfit] first Rx

(I'm not going to make a crossfit filter unless I start posting a lot)
I did my first Rx today. Only 4 rounds, but it felt good to be able to just do it.
For my records:
10 push press 65lbs
20yd bear crawl
10 push ups (chest to ground)
150m row
16 AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

Date: 2019-04-05 02:38 pm (UTC)I'm really surprised. I know how much you've been working on your strength and I bet you can blow me out of the water on anything pull up related. (I still can't even do one with the largest band they have.)

Date: 2019-04-05 02:45 pm (UTC)My pullups are at "i can do 3-5 at 100 pounds (that's a 40 pound assist with the machine) or like 2 with a helper band... I wouldn't be surprised if you could also do some at "100 pounds", assisting for the mass your muscles are lifting.
I seem to build strength really slowly and plateau hard :(
