Oh yeah I'm still in wide arm pushups too, forget triceps. My pullups are at "i can do 3-5 at 100 pounds (that's a 40 pound assist with the machine) or like 2 with a helper band... I wouldn't be surprised if you could also do some at "100 pounds", assisting for the mass your muscles are lifting. I seem to build strength really slowly and plateau hard :(
