I can only do the push-ups with wide hand positioning. My triceps are super weak, so if I keep my elbows back, I can't do them.
I'm really surprised. I know how much you've been working on your strength and I bet you can blow me out of the water on anything pull up related. (I still can't even do one with the largest band they have.)
