forgotten_ariawoo, the t-mobile prepaid works the way I hoped. So I paid ~$90 last year, for the whole year of service, and I'm giving them $25 this year for the whole year of service. Woot!
I was going to pay only $10, but then I noticed the cents/minute was super low, so I thought I should get closer to the amount I used for the year, with out going over.
