forgotten_ariaI still have my cough. I am in week 4.5.
Driving to Pittsburgh and then having to drive a truck back for my mom. I am really nervous about driving a 15ft truck.
My foot still gives me sharp pains from time to time, but is continually getting better. I haven't been able to do either TKD or CrossFit full out and I've delayed restarted lyra or cyr yet.
One of the weird ways that adopting the "demi-woman" label has been freeing is that I'm no longer trying to grow my nails long. I've always had very weak nails, which tend to peel once they are past a certain length, sometimes peeling too deeply. Keeping them trimmed is much healthier for my body.
