You remind me that I should be doing strength training, but I'm not. :\ But it requires so much more organization. You need to skip a day between training certain parts, you can't just randomly lift a few weights whenever you get the chance.
I randomly lift a few weights when I get the chance.
Ok, that's not exactly true: I had someone show me some machines and I have a circuit I do whenever I decide to lift weights. But I have no organization with regards to when I lift, what I lift, etc. Of course, I'm pretty wussy, so I might not *need* organization b/c of that.
I had a little trouble with the first two here simply because I have a hard time considering anything "exercise" if I don't get a little winded or get heart rate up.
I would consider rock climbing and weight lifting to be both exercise, but they don't tend to get my heart rate up much nor make me winded, per se. They make me tired, but not winded. Sorry. I was trying to make things more clear, but I guess I failed.

Well, maybe you can. I should look into that.
