[100] 100-6
Nov. 6th, 2007 12:14 amThe high, light piano music played, backed by soft strings. I guess
that meant I was supposed to feel hope and relief from the tension
that had built for the past 36.5 minutes. I didn't. I looked down and
was startled to notice my letterboxing. I shouldn't be able to see
that. Something was horribly wrong. I'd slipped off my fictional
rails. My life would no longer resolve.
I turned in fear away from my world and stared out the screen I'd
never noticed before. My eyes widened as I saw the lifted remote
through the lattice of closing credits.
