The ariel silks class is happening again... but the weekend of my taiko recital. I do not want to try something new and strenuous just before my first performance beating on drums.

i'd encourage you to go for it anyway... but it really does do a number on your arms.

but, they're planning to return every month or two, so you can catch them next time, perhaps?

That's my hope.

I really want to do well at my recitail, because above and beyond it being in front of a audience, it will also play a roll in my advancement in teh classes.

I am definately looking forward to trying the silks, though. Sad to have conflicted.
