Paint with Diamonds

Given I won't be starting my music composition and preparing for Winchester down day in earnest until January and that I was coming off the intensity of working on the costume, I decided to try a paint by diamonds kit. I didn't realize how small the "diamonds" were and got possibly a larger kit that I should have, but so far it is kind of soothing in a puzzle/paint-by-number kind of way. I could not do it without my bifocals, so warnings for anyone considering getting on of these as a gift. It's about like beading, so it requires that level of eye sight, dexterity and calmness of home (i.e. would not recommend doing this with small children running about.)
