Tried my local crossfit today. My knees aren't very happy with me and it made my appreciate the amazing positive energy my dojang has. It felt like people were getting through the class instead of enjoying it. I think I also like TKD because of the feeling of accomplishment. I might try another class on Monday because she says it's a little more upper body and that might give my knees the breaks they need to be ok.
