It's brutal for a form letter. It says essentially: this is a form letter, but likely your story was rejected because it was unoriginal, or because your story had an "obvious lack of basic English compositional skills" or on the off chance you aren't unoriginal moron, there were lots of other stories.
Now, I wonder what I should do with the story. I've kind of lost my enthusiasm for it in the two+ months it took to get my rejection letter.
