forgotten_ariaSunday I came down with something (I've had many negative COVID tests.) Luckily TKD is closed for the week and when I felt up to it, I did my CrossFit workouts at home (I didn't always feel up to it.)
Mostly documenting when this started, because I have a sneaking suspicion this is going to be one of those "coughing for 4-6 weeks" illnesses.
