I got eh c-max back. The axle under warranty and was the problem. Quicklane charged me $108 for finding out the tires new tires were bad, which 1) wasn't the actual problem 2) not something I asked them to do 3) I had to PUSH to have them look harder. But I had no will to argue any more, so I just paid it, but I will never go back to Gervais Ford again.

Tomorrow I have to go argue about the tires with Firestone.
