Mostly putting this here so I have a record.

I decided, in my pursuit of restful sleep to try a "customizable" helix mattress.

I ordered 6/5, I got a shipping number 6/12. The shipping number they gave me was created on 6/6, left CA on 6/11, came very close to me, turned around and was delivered in CA on 6/21. I emailed on 6/15 that something was wrong with the order. They first said it was going to arrive, then the claimed that my mattress was "damaged" and had turned around.

I received a mattress with a tracking number that shows it being created on 6/13 and arriving 6/20.

On 6/21 I said it wasn't soft enough and they offered to send me an "extra comfort layer."

Today a whole other mattress arrived. It's tracking number says it was created on 6/19 and arrived today, 6/27.

I emailed them and they say that the first mattress I received is not the mattress I ordered and this is the mattress I ordered and the topper is still on it's way.

At this point I feel like they really don't quite know what's going on, so I'm not opening the second one just yet.

I will say through all of this they have been beyond polite and trying hard to please me, even if they gave me the idea that there is complete confusion.
