I am not sure where to write a review of an online company, so I found this and here I go. I made an order from Posterprintfactory.com and while the paper was very nice, the colors were extremely off. I asked the company how I could correct this problem and they said I could adjust my file and re-order. I spent hours making tweaks to my file to make some "test-prints" or mini versions that I could then pick the best one and make a large order of posters. I asked the company for a refund for my first order and with much hesitation they gave it to me. (it was only for like $25). Then I placed my second order. They refunded and canceled my second order saying they wouldn't allow me to order from them anymore because they didnt want me to ask for a refund. I had explained all of this to them previously in an online chat that I was going to make test prints and then they just canceled my order. When I asked why they did that customer service was extremely rude. They are a horrible company and that was obviously a stupid business practice.
They are HORRIBLE!
