kitchen handles

To make the handles on the new cabinets match the old ones, I bought new handles for the whole kitchen. It was a chunk of change, but I'm quite pleased with the new look.

I still have one more to install. One of them was stripped out so I'll have to get a replacement.

I like that these can be cleaned. The old ones not only looked cheap but were sticky all the time, and even after the hours I spent scrubbing them, they re-stickied so quickly there had to be something hinky going on.

The old ones looked folksy. The new ones look elegant.
