forgotten_ariaFirst, tonight I learned that even if I go for a much higher mpg car, it must have a hatchback. Sedan trunk openings are too restrictive. Second, check out my big birthmonth present to myself! (and many thanks to my husband for letting such a large, loud , expensive thing in the house.
It's acutlaly a pure accident it got bought this month. Someone in the class had found someone in japan who is on a campaign to make affordable taiko for students and get him to ship some to the US. It's a little smaller than the ones odaiko new england use, but not so small I can't practice effectively on it and the size makes it more transportable and lighter.
