My poll was quite enlightening. I never realized how much appolgizing seems to be viewed as such a negative thing. What I mean and what people here is completely different so I think I need to find a new way to express myself.

Now I'm wondering about other things, like saying thank you.

Apologizing isn't necessarily a negative thing IMO, but there are some people who often speak apologies in a self-damaging way.
