So despite some little things, I think this is the best Christmas I've had in over a decade.

Partially unrealted, there was no snow up here on Christmas day.

Completely unrelated, why do I always forget about the black squirrels? not just "oh, yah, black squirrels" kind of for get, but "ACK! what's that! an abomination of nature!"

omg, evil ninja squirrels! they were all over Stanford, and everytime i saw i one, it was sort of a shock. it makes sense they exist other places too, but... i think i was sort of hoping those were the only ones.
