So my first thought was "a what?".

Then I looked at the picture, and it's still my response. What does it do? To what?

It's a thing that sits on the floor. First, ignore the little mushroom like things. You see the three arms, those are brushes for the cat to rub on. The middle bit is for them to rub their teeth on for good gum health. I will, of course, throughally wash it before sending it off to someone else's cats. It's fairly large, bigger than a dinner plate, smaller than a bike wheel.

Thank you, I found that description very clear. Knowing the size helped a lot.

I take it your cats don't use it much? While I would love something for my cats to rub their teeth on, I suspect they won't do so.

They rubbed when the catnip was fresh, but not since.

It's free, you're just down the block, it would cost little to give it a try if you wanted.
