Surreal moment of the day

I almost had a squirrel drop two stories onto my head, but luckily I caught the pre-fall flailing out of the edge of my vision, looked up, stopped, and got to watch the squirrel fall the two stories on to the sidewalk, making a sound kind of like someone had thrown a steak onto the ground. After a moment it got up and bounded away.
