I did a blind test today that confirmed I am mildly alleric to jasmine tea. I've been meaning to test myself and doing it blind was all teh better.

how does a blind test work? you have to taste it right?

I don't actually know the taste of jasmine well. The tea had other flavours in it, too. It was tea given as a wedding favor, so it was unmarked. Then after consuming it I felt mildly sick and asked myself "I wonder if that was jasmine tea" and then ask the flavor.
