jclickything
Apr. 1st, 2005 12:36 amInspired by my failed interview to write exmaple code and a game, I decided to warm up by reimplemented xclickything in java.
The code is horrible and it's annoyingly buggy, but I got the reminder of the practice I want and when I want to do certain things and like. I think I'm tired of this non-orginal stuff, so it's as good as it will get. Tomorrow, hopefully, I will start writing an original mini-game. So here, presented to you, the buggy java applet version of xct in all its suck-a-tude!
A port should not take all day. *sigh* Part of that was finding appleviewer, geting it to work, being confused by mozzila's INSISTANCE on caching and keeping the applet chached, haivng java draw things the other up/down than Xlib and a bunch of mnor annoyances which was exacly why I wanted to do something I knew how to do first. Still, too much longer than I wanted.
It prevented me from playing WoW all day too.
