I picked up my Saxophone and gave it a play today. The first playing of any of my instruments I've done in over 4 months. I miss being part of a band so much. My mp3 player will play me Mazer tracks and make me a little sad. I relaly need to find away to get myself recording and practicing an playing myself. Or if nothing else, practicing drums.

I also painted for the first time in a long time. I don't normally paint flowers, so it's not the greatest of paintings, but for not painting in months and painting something I don't normally paint, I think it came out ok. I didn't get out hte tripod, however, so the picture sucks.

I grok the whole artist being dissatisfied with their own art, but that is approximately 37,923,482,123,953x better than I'd manage if you gave me a paintbrush, canvas, and said "You have one day before the poison gas starts."
