healthy coping mechanisms
Jan. 1st, 2010 02:45 pmFrustration and disappointment are just a part of life. I was curious how people deal with them when they happen? I find that I go through a phase of being obessed with fixing the situation or making it better, which usually just ends up in more frustration and disappointment. (I'm not talking about just making a few tries, but just thinking about nothing else and not being able to move on.) Then I find myself craving an indulgance, either through food or luxuary, neither of which is terribly healthly. Does anyone have any healthy coping strategies that I might try?
