Date: 2023-12-04 07:31 pm (UTC)I'm using the c25k again, since it worked in the past, but no, no actual coach. I've had some people double check that my form isn't appauling or anything.
I'm not sure a running coach would know what to do with me and I think it would make me even more miserable to be paying money to still suck a running.
