no more eating

I've continued to gain weight, despite eating reasonably modestly (but far from perfectly) and my knees have started to complain again, so I think I have to be no fun eating again, at least for a month. I'm sure it will just make me miserable and not do anything useful, but I have to at least try.

If you're doing anything active and social, please invite me along. Social food will have to be kept at a minimum.

I've been thinking about going hiking again, maybe in the Fells, something hard. But I don't know if I will actually get around to this anytime soon.

you are welcome to come walking with me. i have a handy bike path nearby. and while it does lead to carberry's, i suspect we can make our saving throws. :)

this might be an obvious and stupid question and please forgive me, but have you been eating a lot LATE in the day?

I had started gaining weight again during a point in the winter when I was eating meals after work at 11pm, or eating snacks here.

I stopped doing that and have dropped about 5 pounds since that time.

I would love to do this, but if I go to bed hungry, I don't get to sleep and if I don't get sleep, then I'm very hungry all day and tend to eat more to function.

Yeah, the fells are really nice for hiking, and it's even getting warmer. Unfortunately this weekend is supposed to be rainy
