Land line phone service

Do you pay less than $32/month for local phone service in somerville? If so, who are you with?

This feels really outrageously costly.

I'm kind of mad at Verizon right now for phoning me with a robo caller. I'm also mad at the whole nickle and diming the bill up. It's completely stupid, but my understanding is it's par for the course.
