Cell phones

Next month is birthday month for me and I've been thinking of getting a new cell phone. I love my 6800 and I was thinking of getting the 6822 which is just like my 6800 but has a few more bells and whistles, but I feel like I'm being narrow minded. I thought I would ask you, live journal, for cell phone recomendations. Here's the catch, however: I don't like talking on my cell phone. I mostly just send messages, which means the full keyboard, or some other way for making text messaging dead simple is very important to me. I don't want to switch providers, but I have no problem tracking down an unlocked phone on ebay, so as long as it's a sim phone, it should be find. I have a small hatred for Motorola because, at least a few years ago, they couldn't write a UI to save their life (the v100 was so HORRIBLE!) I have really enjoyed my nokia in so many ways. I was thinking of looking more into the does everything LG phone (LG VX9800 EV-DO) but I think it might be overkill, plus I don't think it's a sim phone, which means it's not a candidate.
