sadness over thompson pond house

thompson pond house looked like a real winner for me, but I was waiting for an open house to see it and was hoping for a price drop, since I thought it was a little over valued. Sadly it's now under agreement. I didn't get to see it, so no certainty it was really for me. Plus I was nervous about the sports fields for noise and the "pond" for mosquitos.

I got so into that house that I'm a bit shell shocked and I don't know what I want anymore. Not even sure if I want to pursue the new construction on Horn pond any more. I hope this will clear in a few days.

I wish I had more patience.

houses are moving very quickly in this area too, its too bad you couldn't call the agent and get to see it instead of having to wait for an open house.

As I said, we were waiting for a price drop too. I would have done a viewing if I thought it had been the right price for us. It's only in hindsight that I think I might have under sold it.
