The costume got worn to a wonderful party (Thank you hosts!) and I was very enthusiastically (to my embarassment) voted best costume. The hat rings got completely destroyed, which wasn't too suprising, so I need to go shopping for replacements before next week. The rest of the costume held up quite well, though man, that hat is hard to get around in. I kept all my buttons too! nygren's costume also rocked and many of the people there had on really amazing and creative things. I'm so glad I got to go.

However, I'm so sleepy now, so I'm glad I didn't stay any longer.

EDIT: The host ideitified me with out promting, and many people recognized me after being told, but that was the crowd, more than the costume.

Thought of the day

I'm so glad I grew up in a time when you could go trick or treating after dark.
